Epifanio Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremy Bonello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Zrinzo in the 14th minute of play forced ◇Mz.Dream◆Spotlight FC's goalkeeper Epifanio Valery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Attard Gunners's Thomas Zrinzo in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Epifanio Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neil Axisa in the 21st minute of the match. In the 21st minute Neil Axisa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Epifanio Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremy Bonello, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, 巩青烽 notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Attard Gunners's Amadeo Rapinett. Amadeo Rapinett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amadeo Rapinett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Aelenei in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match, Nichifor Aelenei tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amadeo Rapinett saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 33rdth minute of the game 巩青烽 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Attard Gunners's Amadeo Rapinett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 方卫誉 made a great header on ◇Mz.Dream◆Spotlight FC's corner, it was just that Attard Gunners's Amadeo Rapinett managed to reach the ball for a save. Amadeo Rapinett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Aelenei in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
The supporters of ◇Mz.Dream◆Spotlight FC booed when Attard Gunners was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. William De Lucca didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that 巩青烽's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amadeo Rapinett was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Amadeo Rapinett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Aelenei in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Fabio Vassallo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Attard Gunners's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio Vassallo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Epifanio Valery breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by 方卫誉 in the 63rd minute of play forced Attard Gunners's goalkeeper Amadeo Rapinett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Attard Gunners defense, 倪震希 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeo Rapinett. The Attard Gunners fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeo Rapinett should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute J.P. 黄飞鸿 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Rapinett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Attard Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when J.P. 黄飞鸿 came free, but Amadeo Rapinett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Lawrence De Marco took a quick shot and it went in 5-3 without a chance for Epifanio Valery to make any attempt to save it.
