The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pete Pope in the 4th minute of play forced Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Kacper Czajkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kacper Czajkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pete Pope in the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Mike Jefferies shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Czajkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Pawel Niemojewski from long distance, 9 minutes into the match, got Trevor Burns's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Trevor Burns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogumil Paprotny, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Szymon Piatek kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Kacper Czajkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kacper Czajkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Jefferies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogumil Paprotny charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bogumil Paprotny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute, Mike Jefferies ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kacper Czajkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 37 played minutes Gocław Wilga Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Paprotny. 38 minutes into the match, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Darius Dimmock came free, but Kacper Czajkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorking United FC's Trevor Burns played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Piczak in the 39th minute of play. Darius Dimmock charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Darius Dimmock the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute, Darius Dimmock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Gocław Wilga Warszawa made a substitution. Jacek Cisek replaced Pawel Niemojewski. Kacper Czajkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike Jefferies in the 55th minute of play. Kyle Payne hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 72nd match minute, Gocław Wilga Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Ruszczyk to maneuver through the defense. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Beniamin Niedziela got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bogumil Paprotny in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trevor Burns prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 81 minutes into the match, Darius Dimmock had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kacper Czajkowski. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Darius Dimmock was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Kyle Payne kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kacper Czajkowski. That made the score 0-3 in the 87 minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Kacper Czajkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pete Pope.
