A collision led to Icoara Football Club getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Ronaldinho Sanches hit a great ball. Conrado Thomas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cayetano Ihintza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th minute, Cayetano Ihintza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aírton de Amorim. The goal made the score 1-0. Aírton de Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Ishmael in the 24th minute of the match. Teodoro Ishmael hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Nemesio Acuña reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aírton de Amorim. The goal made the score 3-0. Cayetano Ihintza scored 4-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aírton de Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 43 played minutes Icoara Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Ademir Brasil. 44 minutes into the game, Conrado Thomas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Machine Gun Kelly's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Icoara Football Club the free kick. Cayetano Ihintza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Aírton de Amorim made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcel Berger made a kick off. Aírton de Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Ihintza in the 52nd minute of the match. Aírton de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Acuña in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th minute, Cayetano Ihintza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Machine Gun Kelly made a substitution. Moises Venceslas replaced Nemesio Acuña. A collision led to Machine Gun Kelly getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Cayetano Ihintza hit a great ball. After 60 minutes, Sixto Ignado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Machine Gun Kelly and the Icoara Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. 60 minutes into the game, one of Machine Gun Kelly:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Carolo Ruisko had in the 62ndth minute some difficulties stopping Enéas Baptista's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The excitement rose when Icoara Football Club's Enéas Baptista after 62 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 4-1. In the 76th minute, Cayetano Ihintza made a precise shot to the right of Aírton de Amorim. Icoara Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Oséas Vander got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sixto Ignado hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enéas Baptista in the 83rd minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Carolo Ruisko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Evaristo Recife came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Icoara Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Recife couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Machine Gun Kelly's Jeremias Hitz got a free kick in the 87th minute. During the 92nd minute of the match Conrado Thomas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Conrado Thomas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 92nd match minute, Machine Gun Kelly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Thomas to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, José Augusto Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Machine Gun Kelly were the better team. Machine Gun Kelly's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
