Benicio Javiero came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Leripe Lifestyle's Sam Huveneers. But to his dismay, Sam Huveneers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sam Huveneers took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benicio Javiero. Benicio Javiero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam Huveneers in the 15th minute of play forced Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalkeeper Benicio Javiero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 minutes, Tomás Tulio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Nuevo Laredo and the Leripe Lifestyle players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, Tomás Tulio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amador Guipuzkoa charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amador Guipuzkoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Atlético Nuevo Laredo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Guipuzkoa to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zheng Zheng in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benicio Javiero saved Atlético Nuevo Laredo from getting behind. Leonardo Pernambucano made a great header on Leripe Lifestyle's corner, it was just that Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Benicio Javiero managed to reach the ball for a save. Renan Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Beremundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Sam Huveneers made a precise shot to the right of Benicio Javiero. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 29th minute Zheng Zheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Javiero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Sam Huveneers notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Benicio Javiero. Benicio Javiero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Atlético Nuevo Laredo defense, Zheng Zheng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benicio Javiero. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benicio Javiero should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute Leonardo Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Javiero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Sam Huveneers sped through Atlético Nuevo Laredo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benicio Javiero. Zeledon Chale hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sam Huveneers was the one to do the kick off. If Leonardo Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clodoveo Matro's late challenge caught a Leripe Lifestyle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clodoveo Matro helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes Atlético Nuevo Laredo got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Matro. Sam Huveneers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalkeeper Benicio Javiero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Huveneers. With a little luck, Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Benicio Javiero got control of the ball when Sam Huveneers tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Fernandez in the 63rd minute of play forced Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalkeeper Benicio Javiero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes in the game, Murilo Leal dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Benicio Javiero was a little too slow when Paulo Fernandez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-9. Benicio Javiero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murilo Leal in the 75th minute of the match. Leripe Lifestyle's Borys Soliwoda was substituted for Sam Huveneers. Benicio Javiero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the game, Borys Soliwoda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benicio Javiero. Borys Soliwoda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Roque Peli hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Leripe Lifestyle's Bebeto Bala was substituted for Leonardo Pernambucano. The supporters of Leripe Lifestyle booed when Atlético Nuevo Laredo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Peli didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Leal came free, but Benicio Javiero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leripe Lifestyle played a much better game than Atlético Nuevo Laredo and deserved their victory. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
