Rareș Brănescu hit a great ball. Candelaria FC's Marco Peli got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Moise Bâru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Galindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th play minute Călin Itoafă came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gustavo Galindo. 2-0. 37 minutes into the game, Moise Bâru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC MiLaN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candelaria FC the free kick. After 37 played minutes AC MiLaN got a freekick which was hit by Moise Bâru. In the 48th minute, Moise Bâru fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Călin Itoafă stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gustavo Galindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Călin Itoafă in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorel Zafiu in the 54th minute of play forced Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The AC MiLaN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When Moise Bâru was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. 82 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Albulescu came free, but Gustavo Galindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, AC MiLaN's Rareș Brănescu got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Călin Itoafă during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Călin Itoafă hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Mihail Albulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Călin Itoafă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustavo Galindo was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Gustavo Galindo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rareș Brănescu went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. AC MiLaN's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
