Justino Hondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 6 minutes, Marcel Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcel Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, 楚政潮 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Formentera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 10th minute Fausto Ronconi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doriva Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justo Estefan made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Marcel Queirós sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcel Queirós in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Estefan saved Formentera from getting behind. Bruno Paes hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Formentera's Jan-Erik Lönn in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Jan-Erik Lönn notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Doriva Simões. Doriva Simões was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute Jan-Erik Lönn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doriva Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Formentera's 楚政潮 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doriva Simões narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Lönn in the 28th minute of play forced CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Doriva Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Gilberto Alves hit a great ball. Fausto Ronconi scored 0-3 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doriva Simões, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 35 minutes, Jan-Erik Lönn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcel Queirós made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Fausto Ronconi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Doriva Simões. The goal made the score 0-4. 楚政潮 kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Formentera's Justo Estefan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Queirós in the 60th minute of play. In the 60th minute, 龙建烨 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Formentera's Fausto Ronconi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Doriva Simões. Doriva Simões yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Fausto Ronconi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Doriva Simões made a huge save. In the 74th minute Natã Koehler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Estefan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Toninho Alagoano hit a great ball. Justo Estefan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agnaldo Sampaio's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Natã Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Agnaldo Sampaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 88 played minutes, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Júnior Tinoco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Justo Estefan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ reached it. Reginaldo Borges got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 90 played minutes CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Reginaldo Borges. Justino Hondo, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Agnaldo Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Jan-Erik Lönn kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Doriva Simões. That made the score 0-6 in the 96 minute of play. When the match was over Formentera could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ throughout the match.
