The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 11 minutes of play, GuateFortín's Elias Pagomari made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristiaan Van de Velde was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kristiaan Van de Velde made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Elias Pagomari sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute George Van Impe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Opah Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Opah Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Van Impe in the 19th minute of play. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Pagomari, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Soren Verstappen made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Inocencio Ariando. In the 25th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Bonilla to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th match minute, de belletrekkers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Capelle to maneuver through the defense. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgard Armentier to make the kick off. de belletrekkers's Kristiaan Van de Velde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Almada in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elias Pagomari in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristiaan Van de Velde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when de belletrekkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Soren Verstappen didn't get a good kick on the ball. GuateFortín's Milton Umaña was substituted for Victor Valenzuela. GuateFortín made a substitution. David Ruiz replaced Jorge Bonilla. Soren Verstappen hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the game, GuateFortín's Elias Pagomari nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristiaan Van de Velde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Armentier in the 74th minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Opah Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Van Impe took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Opah Gol. Opah Gol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. After 93 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar Fornos. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltazar Fornos in the 96th minute of the match. GuateFortín's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
