In the 3rd minute of the match, Haroldo Etxatxu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rik Sirguero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Maximino Vela kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper Rik Sirguero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haroldo Etxatxu. Jose Romelio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Rik Sirguero made a huge save. In the 20th minute Presebal Baldes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Buinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's Presebal Baldes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Buinton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25th match minute, Arthur Morgan´s Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Barros to maneuver through the defense. Rik Sirguero made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Haroldo Etxatxu sent off a good shot on target. Goizeder Parserises scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Buinton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th match minute, Arthur Morgan´s Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Etxatxu to maneuver through the defense. Presebal Baldes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Buinton having to interfere. Aquilino Ocomardia scored 0-3 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Buinton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haroldo Etxatxu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Fire Breathers FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Marcel Salmon hit a great ball. Fabian Balendin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rik Sirguero. Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Samuel Buinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Presebal Baldes in the 57th minute of play. With 59 minutes on the clock, Baiardo Forcadas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Fire Breathers FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Baiardo Forcadas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Estevez in the 63rd minute of play forced Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper Rik Sirguero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Buinton made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Presebal Baldes sent off a good shot on target. Arthur Morgan´s Club's Ciriaco Froylan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Roland Boudon, made in the 85th minute of the game. Rik Sirguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Vela, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A collision led to Arthur Morgan´s Club getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jose Romelio hit a great ball. Freddy Barros hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Arthur Morgan´s Club lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
