In the 5thth minute of the game Guto Bastos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tough and Tasty FC's Magnus Hägglund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tough and Tasty FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Denílson Vander was slow to take the kick. During this time Capivara FC's players had a chance to rest. Sonny Sigman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sonny Sigman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Célio Machado made a huge save. Sonny Sigman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Célio Machado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. The Tough and Tasty FC fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Tough and Tasty FC's Stefan Hultman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sonny Sigman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Célio Machado having to make a save. After 19 played minutes Capivara FC got a freekick which was hit by Geraldo Saraiva. Tough and Tasty FC's Sonny Sigman got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Tough and Tasty FC's Sonny Sigman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Célio Machado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Capivara FC's Célio Machado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Capivara FC from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's goalkeeper Célio Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sonny Sigman. After a defensive mix-up in Capivara FC's zone, Sonny Sigman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Célio Machado came out of the goal and Sonny Sigman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Célio Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sonny Sigman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sonny Sigman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Célio Machado made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Sonny Sigman sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Tough and Tasty FC's Sonny Sigman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Célio Machado. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. In the 41st minute, Tough and Tasty FC's Sonny Sigman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Célio Machado. Célio Machado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Sonny Sigman struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Célio Machado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tough and Tasty FC. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guto Bastos was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Sigman in the 57th minute of play forced Capivara FC's goalkeeper Célio Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Fabiano Negri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Stefan Hultman sped through Capivara FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Célio Machado. Geraldo Saraiva made in the 69th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Edvaldo Leal immediately put the ball in play. Rodrigo Gomes's late challenge caught a Tough and Tasty FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Gomes helped the player get up and apologised. Rodrigo Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Hultman came free, but Célio Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tough and Tasty FC's Cefero Gala was substituted for Stefan Hultman. Célio Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sonny Sigman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Tough and Tasty FC's Sonny Sigman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Célio Machado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Amauri Sampaio fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capivara FC's protests and gave Amauri Sampaio a yellow card for diving instead. Célio Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Sigman in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sonny Sigman came free, but Célio Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Tough and Tasty FC's Sonny Sigman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Célio Machado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 93 minutes into the match, Capivara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sonny Sigman came free, but Célio Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tough and Tasty FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Capivara FC for a fine match.
