After 72 played minutes, 12 Monkeys's Erhardt Wall shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mátyás György came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 12 Monkeys reached it. A collision led to Bayern München FC. getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Rômulo Soares hit a great ball. The referee ignored 12 Monkeys's protests and gave Reagan von Buol-Schaudenstein a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th match minute, 12 Monkeys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reagan von Buol-Schaudenstein to maneuver through the defense. If Rômulo Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
