Jaime Ellande ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Atletas Campesinos F.C. getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Emil Duszenski hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Ellande in the 5th minute of play forced Ponta da Praia FC's goalkeeper Silas Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute of the match Atletas Campesinos F.C. got a corner. Ponta da Praia FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saul Luke ran over to the corner to take the kick. Silas Guimarães didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Jaime Ellande shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Silas Guimarães came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Jaime Ellande. But to his dismay, Jaime Ellande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Silas Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Pabla, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Ponta da Praia FC's Silas Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Lartaun in the 22nd minute of play. The Atletas Campesinos F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Jaime Ellande looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ponta da Praia FC's Silas Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Ellande in the 31st minute of play. Silas Guimarães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Ellande went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 34 minutes into the match, Americo Urtats had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silas Guimarães. Ponta da Praia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Americo Urtats was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After 37 minutes of play, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Arturo Pirro made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silas Guimarães was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Ponta da Praia FC booed when Atletas Campesinos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Lartaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silas Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Ellande in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jaime Ellande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silas Guimarães was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Silas Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Ellande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The wind increased when Ovidio Pabla made the kick off in the second half. Saul Luke came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Silas Guimarães could save by the left post. Silas Guimarães was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Saul Luke capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Saul Luke really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Jaime Ellande's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silas Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Paolo Obeko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermínio Gerber, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Ovidio Pabla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silas Guimarães having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Saul Luke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Silas Guimarães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute, Elpidio Lartaun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silas Guimarães was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. With a little luck, Ponta da Praia FC's Silas Guimarães got control of the ball when Elpidio Lartaun tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Ponta da Praia FC defense, Jaime Ellande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silas Guimarães. The Ponta da Praia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silas Guimarães should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Meira in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paolo Obeko saved Atletas Campesinos F.C. from getting behind. Silas Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Ovidio Pabla sent off a good shot on target. Ponta da Praia FC's Silas Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Urtats in the 84th minute of play. Ganyo Zhdrakov made in the 86th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Arturo Pirro however managed to control. Atletas Campesinos F.C. played a much better game than Ponta da Praia FC and deserved their victory. The Ponta da Praia FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
