Linghed Angels FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jörgen Magnusson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silas Guimarães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 12 minutes Ponta da Praia FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kai Havertz who took care of the corner kick. Kai Havertz made a great header on Linghed Angels FC's corner, it was just that Ponta da Praia FC's Silas Guimarães managed to reach the ball for a save. Jörgen Magnusson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Silas Guimarães skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 29th minute of the match, Jörgen Magnusson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silas Guimarães saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 31st minute, Kurt Askestät left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Linghed Angels FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Cássio Félix kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Jörgen Magnusson took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silas Guimarães. Silas Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jörgen Magnusson made a kick off. If Kai Havertz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silas Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörgen Magnusson in the 54th minute of the match. Delfim Sampaio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 56 minutes into the match. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ponta da Praia FC! Silas Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Askestät, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Ponta da Praia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Magnusson came free, but Silas Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zé Pedro Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ponta da Praia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Pedro Marinho couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd match minute, Linghed Angels FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig Johansson to maneuver through the defense. Isak Vestberg hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Linghed Angels FC's goalkeeper Max Dahlgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Isak Vestberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silas Guimarães having to interfere. Silas Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isak Vestberg in the 73rd minute of play. Jörgen Magnusson scored 4-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silas Guimarães, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jörgen Magnusson in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silas Guimarães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute, Betão da Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ponta da Praia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Ponta da Praia FC's Evandro Quirino quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Robert Melin, made in the 85th minute of the game. If Gláuber Brodel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gláuber Brodel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Dahlgren having to interfere. Gláuber Brodel hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Ponta da Praia FC's Silas Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Vestberg in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Linghed Angels FC's Per-Åke Bruse got a free kick in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that Linghed Angels FC were the better team. Linghed Angels FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
