The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Picanya FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of KIA KAHA:s goal. Picanya FC:s Sebastiano Treviño showed great skill when he stopped Karl-Erik Lind:s penalty. 9 minutes into the match, Picanya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos came free, but Sebastiano Treviño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerico Ramos in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Santilli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Sebastiano Treviño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KIA KAHA. Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sebastiano Treviño came out and tried to block the shot, but Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 22nd minute. Sebastiano Treviño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sataporn Snabl in the 25th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sebastiano Treviño. That made the score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Björn Ahlberg heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Picanya FC's Sebastiano Treviño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sataporn Snabl in the 40th minute of play. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerico Ramos to make the kick off. In the 59th minute, Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIA KAHA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 64th minute Zdzislaw Rydzewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastiano Treviño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Picanya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Rydzewski came free, but Sebastiano Treviño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the KIA KAHA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
