Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Laurin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. The KIA KAHA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 16th match minute, KIA KAHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn Ahlberg to maneuver through the defense. Gabi Batistuta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Santilli having to interfere. When KIA KAHA's Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, La Candela FC's Teodosio Frans got a free kick in the 35th minute. Emanuel Laurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sataporn Snabl in the 37th minute of the match. At last the ball reached Sataporn Snabl at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of La Candela FC. 0-3. Emanuel Laurin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sataporn Snabl in the 45th minute of play forced La Candela FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Laurin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sataporn Snabl made a kick off. KIA KAHA's Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Laurin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chatziantoniou Anagnostopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. KIA KAHA's Daniel Glanselius was substituted for Sataporn Snabl. After a rather tough play, KIA KAHA's Zdzislaw Rydzewski got a free kick in the 63rd minute. KIA KAHA's Fabio Santilli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademar Castro in the 66th minute of play. Pelle Flinck might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Laurin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pelle Flinck ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to La Candela FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Orlando Medina hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Orlando Medina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Glanselius kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emanuel Laurin. That made the score 0-5 in the 74 minute of play. Emanuel Laurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelle Flinck in the 78th minute of the match. La Candela FC's Emanuel Laurin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdzislaw Rydzewski in the 79th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Gabi Batistuta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Fabio Santilli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Glanselius came free, but Emanuel Laurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 played minutes La Candela FC got a freekick which was hit by Cai Bing Cheng. The supporters of La Candela FC booed when KIA KAHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Henry Roos didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Pelle Flinck got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pelle Flinck in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Laurin saved La Candela FC from getting behind. The La Candela FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KIA KAHA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
