Myroslav Akymenko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Aquilino Iruinea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Illja Klochko in the 6th minute of play. Aquilino Iruinea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danylo Bandera, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 9 played minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Natanael. If Rostyslav Kobets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. Rolando Luar got his second yellow card in the match during the 25th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Defensores del Ángel Gris getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rolando Luar hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Defensores del Ángel Gris's Romeo Delfino got a free kick in the 28th minute. Danylo Bandera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Aquilino Iruinea made a huge save. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Aquilino Iruinea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Myroslav Akymenko in the 34th minute of play. Aquilino Iruinea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Myroslav Akymenko in the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Defensores del Ángel Gris's goal looked a bit too open when Myroslav Akymenko came free, but Aquilino Iruinea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Illja Klochko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Aquilino Iruinea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Defensores del Ángel Gris from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Myroslav Akymenko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner led to FC Ruh Lviv's Pavlo Paraschiy getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Aquilino Iruinea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aquilino Iruinea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danylo Bandera in the 55th minute of the match. Pavlo Paraschiy scored 4-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aquilino Iruinea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Danylo Bandera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 66th minute, Danylo Bandera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquilino Iruinea was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Aquilino Iruinea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Lytvynchuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. FC Ruh Lviv's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Cosme Lizar scored to the left of an out of position Andriy Trubin, making the score, 5-1. In the 78th minute, Illja Klochko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquilino Iruinea was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1.
