Nemesio Muc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimeno Abechuco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. The Pituil FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jimeno Abechuco should have stopped the shot. 25 minutes into the match, Nemesio Muc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jimeno Abechuco. Pituil FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Muc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Conrado Guillelmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Dranka in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Nataniel in the 34th minute of play forced Pituil FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Abechuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Justicialista FC's Silvio Mercurio got a free kick in the 40th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Justicialista FC's Nemesio Muc slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jimeno Abechuco. That made the score 3-0 after 42 minutes of play. The supporters of Justicialista FC booed when Pituil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalberto Quaresma didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nemesio Muc to strike the kick off in the second half. The Pituil FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Justicialista FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Radomir Dranka scored to the left of an out of position Conrado Guillelmus, making the score, 4-4. Pituil FC's Jimeno Abechuco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Gumaro in the 78th minute of play.
