In the 5th minute, Robin Platt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Farafulla FC's goalkeeper Comunardo Taddeo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Helmut Berrisch. Comunardo Taddeo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Christian Ulrich in the 9th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Anfilogino Benvenuto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Schulz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Helmut Berrisch who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Comunardo Taddeo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ferruccio Della Torre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan Schulz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Jan Schulz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosimo Del Giudice in the 30th minute of the match. Cosimo Del Giudice scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Schulz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan Schulz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosimo Del Giudice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute of the match Farafulla FC got a corner. FC Hollywood's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After 41 minutes of play, Farafulla FC's Alvise Bevilacqua made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Schulz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Farafulla FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anfilogino Benvenuto was the one to do the kick off. FC Hollywood's Jan Schulz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Del Giudice in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Sebastian Luchtenberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Schulz made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Ferruccio Della Torre sent off a good shot on target. Cosimo Del Giudice hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Hannes Welser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of FC Hollywood booed when Farafulla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Tucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, FC Hollywood's goalkeeper Jan Schulz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anfilogino Benvenuto. If Ferruccio Della Torre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes FC Hollywood got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Luchtenberg. Farafulla FC's Comunardo Taddeo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helmut Berrisch in the 89th minute of play. Comunardo Taddeo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmut Berrisch, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Comunardo Taddeo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Helmut Berrisch's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Sascha Rothschild hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Farafulla FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Hollywood.
