When Lunatics of Arianrhod's Amerigo Melucci in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ettore Albertini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Lunatics of Arianrhod from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd minute, Amerigo Melucci made a precise shot to the right of Benedikt Lettinger. Möhnsen FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Amerigo Melucci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lunatics of Arianrhod's supporters rose to their feet, but Amerigo Melucci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedikt Lettinger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Davide Onori's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedikt Lettinger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. If Davide Onori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Amerigo Melucci notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Möhnsen FC's Benedikt Lettinger. Benedikt Lettinger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute Ettore Corvi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedikt Lettinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Lunatics of Arianrhod's goal looked a bit too open when Ricky Bonhoeffer came free, but Ettore Albertini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Xerxes Kamper almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ettore Albertini did a great save. If Davide Onori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amerigo Melucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Benedikt Lettinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ettore Albertini made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Lasse Linsert sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Lunatics of Arianrhod were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Benedikt Lettinger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Davide Onori in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Amerigo Melucci dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benedikt Lettinger, 0-5. In the 62nd match minute, Möhnsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Hermes to maneuver through the defense. Lunatics of Arianrhod made a substitution. Alex Marcelli replaced Davide Onori. Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ettore Albertini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricky Bonhoeffer in the 66th minute of play. 0-7 became the score in the 82nd minute when Amerigo Melucci elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Lunatics of Arianrhod's Alex Marcelli got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ettore Corvi got a free kick in the 90th minute. If Amerigo Melucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Lunatics of Arianrhod players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
