When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lucjan Burufski sped through UFC STEAUA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ernest Obreja. In the 12th minute, Lucjan Burufski made a precise shot to the right of Ernest Obreja. UFC STEAUA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucjan Burufski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ernest Obreja. That made the score 4-0 in the 17 minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, AKS Kozienice's Lucjan Burufski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernest Obreja made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. A collision led to UFC STEAUA getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hermengildo Jobo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucjan Burufski in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernest Obreja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute Nelson Mendoza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szczepan Jazowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of UFC STEAUA booed when AKS Kozienice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Drab didn't get a good kick on the ball. Szczepan Jazowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Jobo in the 34th minute of the match. Ernest Obreja didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucjan Burufski went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Lucjan Burufski put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ernest Obreja. AKS Kozienice's Szczepan Jazowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelson Mendoza in the 45th minute of play. Ernest Obreja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Drab in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfred Drab made a kick off. After 50 minutes, Mircea Dersidan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UFC STEAUA and the AKS Kozienice players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to UFC STEAUA getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Mircea Dersidan hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, Lucjan Burufski notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of UFC STEAUA's Ernest Obreja. Ernest Obreja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ernest Obreja came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by AKS Kozienice's Lucjan Burufski. But to his dismay, Lucjan Burufski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. AKS Kozienice's Lyazzide Ruperto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Iosif Călin in the 65 minute of the game. Alfred Drab charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfred Drab the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Alfred Drab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Lucjan Burufski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AKS Kozienice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. When Petrică Bostan fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UFC STEAUA's protests and gave Petrică Bostan a yellow card for diving instead. Petrică Bostan kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After having played for 72 minutes, Lucjan Burufski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AKS Kozienice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucjan Burufski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Lucjan Burufski notched a goal, 14-0, to the right of UFC STEAUA's Ernest Obreja. Ernest Obreja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cyprian Witwicki's late challenge caught a UFC STEAUA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cyprian Witwicki helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of UFC STEAUA booed when AKS Kozienice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Witwicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in UFC STEAUA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! In the 88th minute there was a penalty for AKS Kozienice. Lyazzide Ruperto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ernest Obreja. 17-0. 91 minutes into the match, AKS Kozienice's Lucjan Burufski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernest Obreja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfred Drab in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernest Obreja saved UFC STEAUA from getting behind. Nelson Mendoza came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Szczepan Jazowski could save by the left post. During the 96th minute of the match Alfred Drab completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alfred Drab a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 97 played minutes AKS Kozienice got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Drab. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AKS Kozienice fully deserved thier win.
