In the 24th minute Real Còrdoba FC were awarded a corner. Fernando Abascal went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Emil Vallgren in the 25th minute of play forced ZigZag Athletic's goalkeeper Teofilo Distiratsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomero Ugaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesper Vollander, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Jesper Vollander took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baldomero Ugaitz. Baldomero Ugaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, Real Còrdoba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesper Vollander came free, but Baldomero Ugaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Real Còrdoba FC's zone, Jesper Vollander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Ugaitz came out of the goal and Jesper Vollander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Echezonachukwu Håland in the 37th minute of play forced ZigZag Athletic's goalkeeper Teofilo Distiratsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Jesper Vollander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Jesper Vollander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZigZag Athletic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesper Vollander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Echezonachukwu Håland to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, Jesper Vollander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZigZag Athletic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesper Vollander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baldomero Ugaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesper Vollander, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, ZigZag Athletic's goalkeeper Teofilo Distiratsu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nils-Emil Vallgren. ZigZag Athletic's Teofilo Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Echezonachukwu Håland in the 74th minute of play. Echezonachukwu Håland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Teofilo Distiratsu made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jesper Vollander in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomero Ugaitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Echezonachukwu Håland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 88 minutes into the match, ZigZag Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Echezonachukwu Håland came free, but Teofilo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jesper Vollander came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the ZigZag Athletic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesper Vollander couldn't finish the play. Real Còrdoba FC made a substitution. Hu Jian Liang replaced Nils-Emil Vallgren. 93 minutes into the match, ZigZag Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Echezonachukwu Håland came free, but Teofilo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, August Hökkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZigZag Athletic's supporters rose to their feet, but August Hökkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Ugaitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Real Còrdoba FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ZigZag Athletic.
