Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Emerson Leal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillermo Esiquio's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. The supporters of Espigão Steamrollers booed when Cachiyuyo EAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fernando Mesquita didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Cachiyuyo EAS getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Placido Haimar hit a great ball. Vicente Catarinense could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Arnulfo Nataniel made a huge save. Emerson Leal came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Cachiyuyo EAS's Guillermo Esiquio. But to his dismay, Guillermo Esiquio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Cachiyuyo EAS getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Anier Osoitz hit a great ball. After 25 minutes of play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Guillermo Esiquio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emerson Leal was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Guillermo Esiquio fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachiyuyo EAS's protests and gave Guillermo Esiquio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, Guillermo Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Luiz Fernando Mesquita got a free kick in the 30th minute. Cachiyuyo EAS's Arnulfo Nataniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Cachiyuyo EAS from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guillermo Esiquio in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emerson Leal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute of the game Nelsinho Lopes made a throw-in which Sílvio Luiz Zanette played forward. In the 42nd minute, Zé Carlos Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Espigão Steamrollers's Emerson Leal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Esiquio in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guillermo Esiquio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guillermo Esiquio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Válter Dantas fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Espigão Steamrollers's protests and gave Válter Dantas a yellow card for diving instead. Guillermo Esiquio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Emerson Leal 55 minutes into the match. Emerson Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Esiquio in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Espigão Steamrollers's zone, Guillermo Esiquio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Leal came out of the goal and Guillermo Esiquio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guillermo Esiquio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emerson Leal came out and tried to block the shot, but Guillermo Esiquio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 69th minute. Guillermo Esiquio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 75th match minute, Espigão Steamrollers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauã Pombal to maneuver through the defense. Emerson Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Esiquio in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Guillermo Esiquio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emerson Leal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Guillermo Esiquio struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Emerson Leal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachiyuyo EAS. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cachiyuyo EAS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
