Edgar Samuelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Näfver in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Näfver in the 11th minute of play forced Leader of Lemurs's goalkeeper Edgar Samuelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Glentown FC's Jörn Liljeström got a free kick in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Leader of Lemurs's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Näfver came free, but Edgar Samuelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Danjel Bashaj fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leader of Lemurs's protests and gave Danjel Bashaj a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Glentown FC booed when Leader of Lemurs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danjel Bashaj didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edwin Näfver in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Samuelsson saved Leader of Lemurs from getting behind. Edgar Samuelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Näfver in the 24th minute of play. Tobias Ahlkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Samuelsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Glentown FC's Tobias Ahlkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgar Samuelsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Edgar Samuelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Näfver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leader of Lemurs's Edgar Samuelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Ahlkvist in the 37th minute of play. Edgar Samuelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörn Liljeström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Samuelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Ahlkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Glentown FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tritan Dragoj to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Glentown FC got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Näfver. 56 minutes into the match, Leader of Lemurs's goalkeeper Edgar Samuelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edwin Näfver. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Ahlkvist in the 60th minute of play forced Leader of Lemurs's goalkeeper Edgar Samuelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leader of Lemurs's Bujar Peçi got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Adam Malmström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glentown FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leader of Lemurs the free kick. In the 72nd match minute, Glentown FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Malmström to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Leader of Lemurs's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Näfver came free, but Edgar Samuelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Glentown FC's Åke Bergvall got a free kick in the 76th minute. After some careless play in the Leader of Lemurs defense, Edwin Näfver kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgar Samuelsson. The Leader of Lemurs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Samuelsson should have stopped the shot. Veli Topalli charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Veli Topalli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes Leader of Lemurs got a freekick which was hit by Veli Topalli. Tobias Ahlkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Edgar Samuelsson made a huge save. Adam Malmström kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Edwin Näfver recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgar Samuelsson. Edwin Näfver showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Edgar Samuelsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edwin Näfver's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. A hard shot 95 in the game by Edwin Näfver from a close distance when the talented Edgar Samuelsson managed to make a qualified save. Leader of Lemurs's players were relieved.
