Jon Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Josan in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, THE CRYSTAL SHIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Eftimiu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of De Boedo Vengo booed when THE CRYSTAL SHIP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codruț Turcescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes THE CRYSTAL SHIP got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Turcescu. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moises Eyague during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Moises Eyague hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Moises Eyague took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Avram Nițoi to make any attempt to save it. Jon Hagström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Agudaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Edgar Josan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Josan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jon Hagström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Agudaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The corner ended in Remus Agudaru almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but De Boedo Vengo's Jon Hagström did a great save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 51st match minute, De Boedo Vengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Cordarius to maneuver through the defense. Jon Hagström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Agudaru in the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to De Boedo Vengo getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Severiano Amaya hit a great ball. De Boedo Vengo's Jon Hagström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save De Boedo Vengo from getting a goal against them. In the 69thth minute of the game Remus Agudaru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Boedo Vengo's Jon Hagström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Edgar Josan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jon Hagström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remus Agudaru in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon Hagström saved De Boedo Vengo from getting behind. After 81 played minutes De Boedo Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Cibran. Edgar Josan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jon Hagström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicodim Encica got free with Jon Hagström in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Avram Nițoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Eyague, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Remus Agudaru did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Jon Hagström 92 minutes into the match. When Dan Eftimiu fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored THE CRYSTAL SHIP's protests and gave Dan Eftimiu a yellow card for diving instead. The THE CRYSTAL SHIP players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
