Amadeo Su charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeo Su the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ATHLETICO PRaiano booed when La Candela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Su didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Gugu Leme took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Benigno Guillem to make any attempt to save it. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvinho Amorim couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Berto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iuri Arruda. ATHLETICO PRaiano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fulgencio Berto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victoriano Sazon made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Pedro Paulo Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silvinho Amorim came free, but Benigno Guillem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 minutes, Bruno Seguinus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Candela FC and the ATHLETICO PRaiano players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in ATHLETICO PRaiano fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! A collision led to ATHLETICO PRaiano getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Pedro Paulo Vidal hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as La Candela FC's Amadeo Su slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iuri Arruda. That made the score 1-5 after 89 minutes of play. Iuri Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Su in the 92nd minute of play. Iuri Arruda was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Amadeo Su showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 96 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded La Candela FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ATHLETICO PRaiano.
