Mauro Eleder showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Edelmiro Sesuldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sotero Quiroga, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 11 minutes into the game, when Severiano Dantel put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Olds School Pepo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of !Pabellon Ourense C.F.:s goal. Edelmiro Sesuldo had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Delfino Abrego's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Edelmiro Sesuldo came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Delfino Abrego. But to his dismay, Delfino Abrego quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Sotero Quiroga's late challenge caught a Olds School Pepo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sotero Quiroga helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Olds School Pepo booed when !Pabellon Ourense C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotero Quiroga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edelmiro Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sotero Quiroga in the 19th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Olds School Pepo's zone, Sotero Quiroga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Sesuldo came out of the goal and Sotero Quiroga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edelmiro Sesuldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sotero Quiroga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Claus in the 33rd minute of play forced !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s goalkeeper Andres Salan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Urtzi got free with Andres Salan in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Angelo Urtzi took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Andres Salan to make any attempt to save it.

The wind increased when Sotero Quiroga made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Eleder in the 54th minute of play forced !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s goalkeeper Andres Salan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Angelo Urtzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olds School Pepo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Urtzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Belmiro Lastras got a free kick in the 58th minute. Edelmiro Sesuldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sotero Quiroga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Olds School Pepo defense, Sotero Quiroga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edelmiro Sesuldo. The Olds School Pepo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edelmiro Sesuldo should have stopped the shot. Sotero Quiroga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edelmiro Sesuldo came out and tried to block the shot, but Sotero Quiroga slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 69th minute. In the 74th minute Angelo Urtzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Salan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Olds School Pepo's goalkeeper Edelmiro Sesuldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sotero Quiroga. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Andres Salan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Urtzi in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to !Pabellon Ourense C.F. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Delfino Abrego hit a great ball. With a little luck, Olds School Pepo's Edelmiro Sesuldo got control of the ball when Sotero Quiroga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edelmiro Sesuldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sotero Quiroga in the 82nd minute. After some careless play in the !Pabellon Ourense C.F. defense, Angelo Urtzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres Salan. The !Pabellon Ourense C.F. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres Salan should have stopped the shot. Delfino Abrego didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Eleder came free, but Andres Salan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Mauro Eleder in the 93rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Andres Salan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Urtzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite being the better team, Olds School Pepo failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
