The referee ignored La Scaloneta's protests and gave Benito Cutberto a yellow card for diving instead. Benito Cutberto hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kadim Argun in the 8th minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Emiliano Veto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute Winthont FC were awarded a corner. Slim Shady went to the cornerflag to take it. Winthont FC's Slim Shady was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emiliano Veto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gustavo Araoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Emiliano Veto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Slim Shady could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Emiliano Veto made a huge save. Kadim Argun might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emiliano Veto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kadim Argun ran back to his position shaking his head. Emiliano Veto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kadim Argun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kadim Argun might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emiliano Veto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kadim Argun ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Emiliano Veto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Slim Shady. Winthont FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Slim Shady in the 31st minute. After taking down the ball on Winthont FC's corner Fokke Cornelisse fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emiliano Veto quite easily take care of the ball. Slim Shady made a great header on Winthont FC's corner, it was just that La Scaloneta's Emiliano Veto managed to reach the ball for a save. When Leandro Hoffmann got free in front of the goal in the 33rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Emiliano Veto was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Kadim Argun came free, but Emiliano Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Benito Cutberto made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Kadim Argun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emiliano Veto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 55 minutes into the match, Kadim Argun notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of La Scaloneta's Emiliano Veto. Emiliano Veto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Winthont FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Delmiro Otoniel hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Winthont FC's Delmiro Otoniel got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Anselmo Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emiliano Veto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Dantas in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Dantas came free, but Emiliano Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's goalkeeper Jacob Hauvers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andres Longo. After a defensive mix-up in La Scaloneta's zone, Fokke Cornelisse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Veto came out of the goal and Fokke Cornelisse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brian Broby in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Veto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Emiliano Veto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 87 minutes, Cristian Norino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Winthont FC and the La Scaloneta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Winthont FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Norino. Emiliano Veto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Dantas went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute, Cobus Wit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Dantas came free, but Emiliano Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Winthont FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
