A collision led to HEJA ESLÖV getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Melker Forsberg hit a great ball. After 3 played minutes, Mechita F.C's Vladimiro Lauro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Simon Bergsten came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mechita F.C reached it. After 4 played minutes Mechita F.C got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Sasoin. Simon Bergsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Ihintza, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Rickard Rosén kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes HEJA ESLÖV got a freekick which was hit by Kent Odén. Herminio Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Michael Eriksson in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Mechita F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Stenman came free, but Herminio Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt-Rune Kämpe during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Simon Bergsten had great luck who in the 23rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Guillermo Errapel from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Nicolas Baristo's late challenge caught a HEJA ESLÖV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Baristo helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 30 minutes, Karl-Michael Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HEJA ESLÖV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Michael Eriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of HEJA ESLÖV booed when Mechita F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Lauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Mechita F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Michael Eriksson came free, but Herminio Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristoffer Kleen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herminio Lastur having to interfere. Mechita F.C's Herminio Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Michael Eriksson in the 44th minute of play. In the 48th minute of the match, Sergio Aballe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Simon Bergsten saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After the first half HEJA ESLÖV were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Karl-Michael Eriksson made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Eustacio Sasoin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mechita F.C and the HEJA ESLÖV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eustacio Sasoin hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 54 played minutes HEJA ESLÖV got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Michael Eriksson. Mechita F.C's Pastor Taurino was substituted for Modesto Paez. After a rather tough play, HEJA ESLÖV's Kristoffer Kleen got a free kick in the 60th minute. Simon Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Ihintza in the 60th minute of the match. The throw-in from Pastor Taurino in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by HEJA ESLÖV's Rickard Rosén.
