The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luca Păun hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Aquilino Prejun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Cimpoieru in the 6th minute. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Silver Play 2's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dan Tinu was slow to take the kick. During this time Scorpions -MM-'s players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Silver Play 2 booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Mihuț didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute of the match Cordeiro Viejo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iurie Cocoș skillfully saved the ball. In the 19th match minute, Silver Play 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Carrio to maneuver through the defense. Eric Cimpoieru in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aquilino Prejun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the last second Aquilino Prejun throw himself and got hold of the ball when Eric Cimpoieru in the 20thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a little luck, Silver Play 2's Aquilino Prejun got control of the ball when Eric Cimpoieru tried to sneak it across the goal line. Åke Ugla kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Silver Play 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Rioja to maneuver through the defense. Åke Ugla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iurie Cocoș having to make a save. Iurie Cocoș came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Silver Play 2's Cordeiro Viejo. But to his dismay, Cordeiro Viejo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ferdinand Chirculescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Prejun having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Åke Ugla during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Åke Ugla hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Scorpions -MM- made a substitution. Alexandru Zăvoiu replaced Aurelian Dănănae. In the 49th match minute, Silver Play 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Ugla to maneuver through the defense. 50 minutes into the match, Dan Tinu sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Aquilino Prejun threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Dan Tinu this time. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cordeiro Viejo to make the kick off. Silver Play 2's Cordeiro Viejo got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute Dan Tinu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Prejun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Prejun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Chirculescu in the 60th minute of the match. Silver Play 2 made a substitution. Amado Toro replaced Sergio Baristo. In the 65th match minute, Silver Play 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Abalos to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute of the match Dan Tinu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aquilino Prejun showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Alexandru Zăvoiu hit a great ball. Aquilino Prejun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandru Zăvoiu in the 73rd minute of the match. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Scorpions -MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcel Dantas was slow to take the kick. During this time Silver Play 2's players had a chance to rest. Vladimiro Eutor made a great header on Silver Play 2's corner, it was just that Scorpions -MM-'s Iurie Cocoș managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Silver Play 2 booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Modrić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Åke Ugla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Iurie Cocoș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquilino Prejun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Tinu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute of the match, Carlos Carrio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iurie Cocoș saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Vladimiro Eutor made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 96thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Iurie Cocoș would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 98th minute Ferdinand Chirculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Prejun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Scorpions -MM- were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
