Maurício Quilempan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sümer Tuner went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Maurício Quilempan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sümer Tuner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Sümer Tuner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Quilempan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AGT Team's Maurício Quilempan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Baran Oruz in the 18th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Ali Baran Oruz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Tacettin Revha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Maurício Quilempan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Talat Pakkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the game, José Arenas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AGT Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR the free kick. After 26 played minutes AGT Team got a freekick which was hit by Mustafá Maldonado. Maurício Quilempan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tacettin Revha in the 27th minute of play. Sancar Aktemur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafá Maldonado in the 31st minute. AGT Team were furious when José Arenas was red carded, 32 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 33rd match minute, AGT Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Arenas to maneuver through the defense. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Bilge Mukaddes got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute Sümer Tuner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Quilempan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Bakkalbaşıoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Bakkalbaşıoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 43 minutes into the match, AGT Team's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Bakkalbaşıoğlu came free, but Maurício Quilempan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Bakkalbaşıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Quilempan having to interfere. Santxo Soler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ali Baran Oruz made the kick off in the second half. Talat Pakkan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Maurício Quilempan made a huge save. A collision led to AGT Team getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Quintin Vives hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Tacettin Revha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maurício Quilempan. The goal made the score 0-4. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of AGT Team:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR:s goal. When the match had been going on for 62 minutes, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Bilge Mukaddes got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Maurício Quilempan. The supporters of AGT Team booed when GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karhan Turgut didn't get a good kick on the ball.
