The tension between the Rangers FC and the Clube Atlético Paulista players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fergus Fairbairn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Soares in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Kauan Guerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fergus Fairbairn. Rangers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kauan Guerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. There was no doubt that Clube Atlético Paulista were the better team. Clube Atlético Paulista's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
