When Lions Of Turks's Namık Hafız in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A very good chance for a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Lions Of Turks's Gencay Akbayrak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Faustão Gaspar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiago Gabriel Arósio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitório Lago in the 26th minute of play forced Lions Of Turks's goalkeeper Cengiz Bozbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Aguinhas's Cléberson Leme slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cengiz Bozbey. That made the score 1-1 after 32 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tony Palmeira during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tony Palmeira hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Faustão Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Namık Hafız in the 41st minute of play. Aguinhas's Faustão Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Palmeira in the 42nd minute of play. Cengiz Bozbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitório Lago in the 44th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in Aguinhas's zone, Namık Hafız stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustão Gaspar came out of the goal and Namık Hafız tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, Lions Of Turks's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Gabriel Arósio came free, but Cengiz Bozbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustão Gaspar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Namık Hafız's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Namık Hafız received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Faustão Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 minutes, Namık Hafız mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lions Of Turks and the Aguinhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Namık Hafız kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Vânderson Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The long shot by Çetin Özdoru in the 73rd minute really tested Faustão Gaspar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Vânderson Britto hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Lions Of Turks's Namık Hafız in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 87thth minute of the game Namık Hafız who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aguinhas's Faustão Gaspar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cengiz Bozbey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitório Lago went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
