Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Toto Toto started the match with the kick off. In the 5th match minute, Beto Martini MZ 20 years was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Innocenzio to maneuver through the defense. Bernard Fedosz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baba Turan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 8 minutes, Toto Toto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandung Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toto Toto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Toto Toto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Misbach Saputra charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Misbach Saputra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19 played minutes Bandung Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Misbach Saputra. The audience was convinced that Toto Toto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernard Fedosz was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Jochen Gijselinx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dodi Yustisio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bandung Tigers's Dodi Yustisio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Stark in the 26th minute of play. Bernard Fedosz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toto Toto in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Bandung Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximilian-Michael Vennegoor Of Hesselink to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Misbach Saputra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toto Toto in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernard Fedosz saved Beto Martini MZ 20 years from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Bandung Tigers's zone, Jochen Gijselinx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dodi Yustisio came out of the goal and Jochen Gijselinx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Dillon Dal Bello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dillon Dal Bello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Jon Stark made the kick off in the second half. Mansyur Tauhid hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute Jon Stark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dodi Yustisio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon Stark in the 71st minute of play forced Bandung Tigers's goalkeeper Dodi Yustisio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mansyur Tauhid kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baba Turan during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Beto Martini MZ 20 years booed when Bandung Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baba Turan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jochen Gijselinx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dillon Dal Bello struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Dodi Yustisio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beto Martini MZ 20 years. Jon Stark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Toto Toto came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Bandung Tigers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toto Toto couldn't finish the play. Maximilian-Michael Vennegoor Of Hesselink received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Bernard Fedosz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bandung Tigers players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
