After 9 minutes of play, Thunderstorm Riders's Marek Tyskie made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Villiam Askelöf was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th minute Robert Onofrei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Woopbongo's goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Skaradoski came free, but Villiam Askelöf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Thunderstorm Riders's Jedrzej Gdaniec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Villiam Askelöf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 22 played minutes Woopbongo got a freekick which was hit by Robert Onofrei. Villiam Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyryl Skaradoski in the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Woopbongo getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Krzysztof Liberko hit a great ball. When Gabin Lièvin fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Woopbongo's protests and gave Gabin Lièvin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Woopbongo's Gabin Lièvin got a free kick in the 28th minute. The supporters of Woopbongo booed when Thunderstorm Riders was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Korneliusz Kolba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximilian Dahlquist was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 34 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, one of Woopbongo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Woopbongo. If Borys Dulka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 40 in the game by Robert Onofrei from a close distance when the talented Miguel do Vale managed to make a qualified save. Thunderstorm Riders's players were relieved. Robert Onofrei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel do Vale having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marek Tyskie to strike the kick off in the second half. Villiam Askelöf made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Borys Dulka sent off a good shot on target. After 54 played minutes Woopbongo got a freekick which was hit by Gabin Lièvin. Villiam Askelöf was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Korneliusz Kolba. In the 56th match minute, Thunderstorm Riders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyryl Skaradoski to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th match minute, Thunderstorm Riders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korneliusz Kolba to maneuver through the defense. Thunderstorm Riders's Miguel do Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Vik in the 60th minute of play. When Lars Vik came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Woopbongo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Vik couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Woopbongo's Villiam Askelöf got control of the ball when Marek Tyskie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lars Vik struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Miguel do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Woopbongo. Miguel do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Vik in the 82nd minute of play. Miguel do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Vik, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Villiam Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Tyskie in the 86th minute of the match. Villiam Askelöf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Borys Dulka in the 87th minute. The supporters of Thunderstorm Riders booed when Woopbongo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabin Lièvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Korneliusz Kolba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thunderstorm Riders's supporters rose to their feet, but Korneliusz Kolba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Villiam Askelöf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Thunderstorm Riders players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
