After 5 played minutes Jenipapo SC got a freekick which was hit by Tarcisio Pena. In the 6th minute, Cesar Ourente made a precise shot to the right of Emílio de Amaral. Jenipapo SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 9th minute, Luan Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute Cristiano Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Vitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Marquez took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emilio Vitin. Emilio Vitin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The Jenipapo SC fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Jenipapo SC's Luan Vale looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Emílio de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Miro in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Magalhães came free, but Emilio Vitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to C. A. Gral. Lamadrid getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Cesar Ourente hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Nicanor Milian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Magalhães in the 38th minute of play forced C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goalkeeper Emilio Vitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goalkeeper Emilio Vitin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luan Vale. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Chumo in the 47th minute of play forced Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper Emílio de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonardo Magalhães to make the kick off. Jenipapo SC's Emílio de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Chumo in the 53rd minute of play. Prudencio Chumo took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emílio de Amaral. Emílio de Amaral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Leonardo Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Emilio Vitin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eriberto dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Vitin having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jenipapo SC's Tarcisio Pena got a free kick in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luan Vale in the 65th minute of play forced C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goalkeeper Emilio Vitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jenipapo SC's Emílio de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Miro in the 68th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Chumo got free with Emílio de Amaral in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, Eriberto dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emílio de Amaral made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Cesar Ourente sent off a good shot on target. Emílio de Amaral was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Prudencio Chumo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Prudencio Chumo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. 89 minutes into the match, Prudencio Chumo notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Jenipapo SC's Emílio de Amaral. Emílio de Amaral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Jenipapo SC defense, Cesar Ourente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emílio de Amaral. The Jenipapo SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emílio de Amaral should have stopped the shot. The C. A. Gral. Lamadrid players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
