Lars-Erik Forsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ibrahim Rault in the 12th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Bloodthirsty FC defense, Willy Sauvestre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lars-Erik Forsberg. The Bloodthirsty FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lars-Erik Forsberg should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the game, Willy Sauvestre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Lars-Erik Forsberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Börge Sjöberg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Felix Jovanovic 23 minutes into the match. Lars-Erik Forsberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Willy Sauvestre's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bloodthirsty FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ibrahim Rault was slow to take the kick. During this time Tours Football Club's players had a chance to rest. Tours Football Club played a much better game than Bloodthirsty FC and deserved their victory. The Bloodthirsty FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
