The audience was convinced that Camillo Bocchi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Jovanovic was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 4th minute of the game Enrico Improta made a throw-in which Camillo Bocchi played forward. With a little luck, FC Mims's Amerigo La Penna got control of the ball when Ibrahim Rault tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Tours Football Club getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ibrahim Rault hit a great ball. René Grégori kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Felice Di Biagio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Willy Sauvestre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amerigo La Penna was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The supporters of FC Mims booed when Tours Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ibrahim Rault didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amerigo La Penna came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tours Football Club's Willy Sauvestre. But to his dismay, Willy Sauvestre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrizio Di Martino in the 26th minute of play forced Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Felix Jovanovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Tours Football Club's Willy Sauvestre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amerigo La Penna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 33rd minute, Fabrizio Di Martino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Jovanovic was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Willy Sauvestre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amerigo La Penna having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Willy Sauvestre in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo La Penna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amerigo La Penna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willy Sauvestre in the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Elia Panella notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Tours Football Club's Felix Jovanovic. Felix Jovanovic was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damiano Strazzabosco to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Alessio Ubriaco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 52 played minutes, Tours Football Club's Ibrahim Rault shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amerigo La Penna came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tours Football Club reached it.
