Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Flying Dutch from getting a goal against them. 5 minutes into the match, Flying Dutch's goal looked a bit too open when Obi Blue came free, but Arthur Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, West Town SC's Cain Blue nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arthur Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in West Town SC's zone, Gilmar de Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Villegas Pardaves came out of the goal and Gilmar de Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cain Blue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Arthur Amorim made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cain Blue got free with Arthur Amorim in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arthur Amorim made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Cain Blue sent off a good shot on target. Arthur Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Obi Blue, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Obi Blue in the 26th minute of play forced Flying Dutch's goalkeeper Arthur Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Fonseca in the 45th minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Villegas Pardaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cain Blue made a kick off. Ismael Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cain Blue in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When West Town SC's Cain Blue in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flying Dutch's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Flying Dutch getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gilmar de Azevedo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yiyo Corono in the 57th minute of play forced Flying Dutch's goalkeeper Arthur Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cain Blue in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 73rd minute, Jonathan Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Viego in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arthur Amorim saved Flying Dutch from getting behind. After 82 minutes, Hugo Viego made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86thth minute of the game Hugo Viego who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Hugo Viego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flying Dutch's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
