This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Segundo Nuñez as he didn't even see the shot coming. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Perutxo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Braulio Neto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Wilfredo Vargas fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zuberbühler FC's protests and gave Wilfredo Vargas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th match minute, TALLERES DE CBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermengildo Berenguer to maneuver through the defense. When Wilfredo Vargas came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Zuberbühler FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfredo Vargas couldn't finish the play. When Narciso Jesco fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zuberbühler FC's protests and gave Narciso Jesco a yellow card for diving instead. After 86 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Jesco. Segundo Nuñez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Vargas in the 90th minute of play. Eugenio Matia kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Wilfredo Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Nuñez having to interfere.
