Emil Bodea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Eckstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucian Zdrăilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Teyo having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, FC aDeX's goal looked a bit too open when Patric Rudersdorfer came free, but Emil Bodea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerrit Dohr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Bodea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th match minute, FC aDeX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codruț Vasiliu to maneuver through the defense. Emil Bodea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patric Rudersdorfer in the 27th minute of the match. Anton Lițiu charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anton Lițiu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC aDeX getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Anton Lițiu hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Benjamin Eckstein ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Bodea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After some careless play in the FC aDeX defense, Patric Rudersdorfer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Bodea. The FC aDeX fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Bodea should have stopped the shot. Emil Bodea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerrit Dohr in the 37th minute of the match. Emil Bodea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Eckstein in the 38th minute of play. Steffen Steinki was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gerrit Dohr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucian Zdrăilă was the one to do the kick off. Emil Bodea made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Gerrit Dohr sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patric Rudersdorfer in the 55th minute of play forced FC aDeX's goalkeeper Emil Bodea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Eckstein's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Bodea was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. After having played for 60 minutes, Patric Rudersdorfer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. International Thunders's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patric Rudersdorfer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Norman Zahn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The International Thunders fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerrit Dohr in the 65th minute of play forced FC aDeX's goalkeeper Emil Bodea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Lucian Zdrăilă was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC aDeX's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave International Thunders the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC aDeX's Lucian Zdrăilă got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute, Benjamin Eckstein made a precise shot to the right of Emil Bodea. FC aDeX's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Patric Rudersdorfer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the game, Benjamin Eckstein cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Emil Bodea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. International Thunders's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
