After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Boris Becker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buffalo Timişoara's supporters rose to their feet, but Boris Becker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sydney Barros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Buffalo Timişoara booed when Granadero10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renan Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornel Timofte took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sydney Barros. Granadero10's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Boris Becker took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sydney Barros. Sydney Barros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Buffalo Timişoara's Marian Basarab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Buffalo Timişoara from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Granadero10's goal looked a bit too open when Marin Tufescu came free, but Sydney Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sydney Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Zbora in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute Adrian Zbora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sydney Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelian Sucigan, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Zbora in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sydney Barros saved Granadero10 from getting behind. Buffalo Timişoara's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cornel Timofte in the 23rd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Aurelian Sucigan heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. With a little luck, Buffalo Timişoara's Marian Basarab got control of the ball when Vinícius das Neves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Granadero10's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tiago Sena in the 27th minute. The corner led Granadero10's Tiago Sena to fire away a dangerous shot which Marian Basarab despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Buffalo Timişoara's Adrian Zbora nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sydney Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Marian Basarab made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolfo de Lara in the 34th minute. After some careless play in the Granadero10 defense, Aurelian Sucigan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sydney Barros. The Granadero10 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sydney Barros should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Granadero10's Marian Basarab threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gugu Travassos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sydney Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelian Sucigan in the 46th minute of play. Sydney Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Zbora in the 47th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Granadero10's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Zbora came free, but Sydney Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vinícius das Neves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sydney Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Tufescu in the 53rd minute of play. Sydney Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Becker in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute Adrian Zbora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Zbora received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sydney Barros came out and tried to block the shot, but Adrian Zbora slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 57th minute. Marin Tufescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sydney Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marin Tufescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Buffalo Timişoara made a substitution. Danil Merkushev replaced Aurelian Sucigan. Buffalo Timişoara's Alin Şantău was substituted for Cornel Timofte. Granadero10's Sydney Barros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Granadero10 from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute Marin Tufescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sydney Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Renan Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Buffalo Timişoara's Alin Şantău shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 82nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sydney Barros but with some difficulty. Sydney Barros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrian Zbora in the 84th minute.
