Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maurinho Valadares got the match started through his kick off. MUSHIBA FC's attentive Dida Mesquita managed to snatch the ball when Tanner Fairchild made a throw-in in the 2nd minute of the game. Brice Carey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Tanner Fairchild in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MUSHIBA FC's Toninho Matos. Natã Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brice Carey having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roderick Higgins in the 9th minute of play forced MUSHIBA FC's goalkeeper João Augusto Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Maurinho Valadares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Brice Carey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the game, Tanner Fairchild was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Key Biscayne FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MUSHIBA FC the free kick. In the 17th minute, Tanner Fairchild hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brice Carey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurinho Valadares in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brice Carey saved Key Biscayne FC from getting behind. Maurinho Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brice Carey having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Tanner Fairchild threw the ball into play from the sideline. MUSHIBA FC's Toninho Matos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Maurinho Valadares took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brice Carey. Brice Carey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toninho Matos in the 35th minute of play forced Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Brice Carey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Valadares came free, but Brice Carey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Maurinho Valadares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Natã Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Brice Carey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, MUSHIBA FC's Maurinho Valadares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brice Carey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Maurinho Valadares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MUSHIBA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arturo Fuentes to make the kick off. 53 minutes in the game, Maurinho Valadares fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Brice Carey having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Valadares in the 53rd minute of play forced Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Brice Carey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurinho Valadares had several of the Key Biscayne FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 55 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Brice Carey as he didn't even see the shot coming. Dida Mesquita hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Brice Carey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudinho Tande. Brice Carey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurinho Valadares in the 65th minute of play. Natã Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Tanner Fairchild threw the ball into play from the sideline. MUSHIBA FC's Toninho Matos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Maurinho Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Claudinho Tande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Brice Carey made a huge save. In the 85th minute, Claudinho Tande left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MUSHIBA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 89th match minute, Key Biscayne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Rice to maneuver through the defense. Toninho Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Key Biscayne FC's Colin Kohler got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Maurinho Valadares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brice Carey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Zane Tanner hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Juan de Almeida, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Key Biscayne FC's Ramiro Burnham got a free kick in the 97th minute. MUSHIBA FC played a much better game than Key Biscayne FC and deserved their victory. The Key Biscayne FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
