Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabrício Mesquita started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justin Beevers during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Justin Beevers hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. With a little luck, FC LIVERPOOL's Tommy Thompson got control of the ball when Fabrício Mesquita tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC LIVERPOOL's Tommy Thompson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrício Mesquita in the 8th minute of play. Tommy Thompson made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Constantino Quinton sent off a good shot on target. Tommy Thompson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabrício Mesquita in the 15th minute. Gabriel Turi hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC LIVERPOOL getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ed Sills hit a great ball. Omar Erez in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tommy Thompson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Des Bancroft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Tautvydas Mickevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ed Sills in the 32nd minute of play. Fabrício Mesquita took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Thompson. Tommy Thompson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rio Dunn in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tautvydas Mickevičius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Rio Dunn came free, but Tautvydas Mickevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rio Dunn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tautvydas Mickevičius made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Des Bancroft sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, FC LIVERPOOL's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Quinton came free, but Tommy Thompson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Tautvydas Mickevičius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Gabriel Turi got a free kick in the 71st minute. After 79 minutes of play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Fabrício Mesquita made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Thompson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valentin Nicholas got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Davi Coutinho. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Fabrício Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabrício Mesquita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Thompson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ed Sills in the 89th minute of play forced ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Tautvydas Mickevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tautvydas Mickevičius made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Rio Dunn sent off a good shot on target. 92 minutes into the game, Rio Dunn lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Tautvydas Mickevičius. After a rather tough play, FC LIVERPOOL's Justin Beevers got a free kick in the 95th minute. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
