Narciso Vincente started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Iwan Cempa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charmander City's Luciano Frisco got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Luciano Frisco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 9 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Daniel Sarracino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luciano Frisco. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luciano Frisco got free with Daniel Sarracino in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luiz Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Olayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Luciano Frisco sped through Lagrima en Jarrita's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daniel Sarracino. Lagrima en Jarrita's Daniel Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Frisco in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Luciano Frisco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charmander City's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Frisco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Sarracino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Lagrima en Jarrita defense, Luciano Frisco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Sarracino. The Lagrima en Jarrita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Sarracino should have stopped the shot. Lagrima en Jarrita's Daniel Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Frisco in the 29th minute of play. Luciano Frisco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Sarracino having to make a save. 34 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Frisco came free, but Daniel Sarracino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Vincente in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Sarracino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luciano Frisco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Sarracino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Lagrima en Jarrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Guillelme to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Herena was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Frisco came free, but Daniel Sarracino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Homero Simpson during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lagrima en Jarrita getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Homero Simpson hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Frisco in the 57th minute of play forced Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Daniel Sarracino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Luciano Frisco sped through Lagrima en Jarrita's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daniel Sarracino. Apolo Olayo made in the 70th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Charmander City's Bartolomé Riells. In the 70th minute, Zeledon Sazon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Sarracino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Sazon in the 72nd minute of play. Charmander City's attentive Edvin Källberg managed to snatch the ball when Homero Simpson made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Sazon in the 81st minute of play forced Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Daniel Sarracino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Sarracino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Sazon in the 82nd minute of play. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lagrima en Jarrita! Daniel Sarracino had in the 90thth minute some difficulties stopping Froilan Galo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Charmander City's Bartolomé Riells quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Homero Simpson, made in the 94th minute of the game. Daniel Sarracino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zeledon Sazon went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Daniel Sarracino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Sazon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charmander City were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lagrima en Jarrita for a fine match.
