In the 14th minute Hernan Dorronsoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Hernan Dorronsoro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Sarracino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 24 minutes into the game, Tod Elano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Daniel Sarracino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Tod Elano put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Daniel Sarracino. Tod Elano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tod Elano took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Sarracino. Daniel Sarracino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Daniel Sarracino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tod Elano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Daniel Sarracino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hernan Dorronsoro made a kick off. Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tod Elano 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. Hernan Dorronsoro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Daniel Sarracino 62 minutes into the match. Juan Fraco kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Caetano Balmori was substituted for Juan Fraco. 69 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Daniel Sarracino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernan Dorronsoro. Lagrima en Jarrita's Daniel Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelinho Maciel in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Lagrima en Jarrita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Herena to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Imperio Catatumbo de Lara getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Angelino Lore hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tod Elano in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Sarracino saved Lagrima en Jarrita from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Lucas Herena made a precise shot to the right of Marta Poom. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
