José Ignacio Berguecio had several of the BuanaRaya's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 12 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Thomas Muttaqien as he didn't even see the shot coming. Juan Manuel Vlahovic's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Muttaqien read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Thomas Muttaqien made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Ignacio Berguecio in the 22nd minute. José Ignacio Berguecio in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thomas Muttaqien, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 33rd minute José Ignacio Berguecio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Muttaqien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CRUZ DEL SUR's Godofredo Mac Intyre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ichwan Alfaridzi in the 42nd minute of play. After 72 played minutes, CRUZ DEL SUR's Xulián Artaño shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thomas Muttaqien came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CRUZ DEL SUR reached it. José Ignacio Berguecio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Thomas Muttaqien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, BuanaRaya's Rolly Prabowo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Godofredo Mac Intyre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ichwan Alfaridzi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Godofredo Mac Intyre came out and tried to block the shot, but Ichwan Alfaridzi slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 85th minute. Thomas Muttaqien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Ignacio Berguecio in the 89th minute of play.
