The referee ignored Qikiqtarjuaq FC's protests and gave Austin Oleary a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Qikiqtarjuaq FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Austin Oleary hit a great ball. In the 30th match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredric Clinton to maneuver through the defense. Ove Trillkott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruce Morin in the 34th minute of play. Per-Arne Barck hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Ronnys Lärjungar's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Patrick came free, but Ove Trillkott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ronny Skott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ove Trillkott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruce Morin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Eustaquio Patrick reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ove Trillkott. The goal made the score 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ronny Skott made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ronnys Lärjungar getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ronny Skott hit a great ball. Ove Trillkott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruce Morin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ove Trillkott didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruce Morin went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ronnys Lärjungar made a substitution. Bengt-Åke Clementsson replaced Peder Tönnberg. Ove Trillkott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Earl Croteau, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Jason Achin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Åke Clementsson in the 64th minute of the match. Eric Ivarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darnell Valle to maneuver through the defense. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Jason Achin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Qikiqtarjuaq FC from getting a goal against them. Ove Trillkott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruce Morin, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Jason Achin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Snell got free with Jason Achin in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Jason Achin got control of the ball when Emanuel Snell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronnys Lärjungar's Ove Trillkott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Patrick in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronny Skott came free, but Jason Achin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jason Achin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Snell in the 89th minute of play. Arnold Butter charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnold Butter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arnold Butter kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Ronnys Lärjungar's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
