Spartak de Txurdi's Mikolaj Grunwalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Vaz in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to SAO JOANENSE FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Angelo Magalhães hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Gav Smith dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of José do Vale, 1-0. José do Vale was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Gav Smith capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gav Smith really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Angelo Magalhães hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gav Smith kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving José do Vale. That made the score 3-0 in the 16 minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, SAO JOANENSE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Liberto Merino came free, but José do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gav Smith took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José do Vale. José do Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. José do Vale was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gav Smith showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 27 minute of play. After 30 played minutes SAO JOANENSE FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerônimo Velloso. José do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liberto Merino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gav Smith succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 7-0 in the 36th playminute. 39 minutes into the game, Liberto Merino lined in a short shot 8-0 behind a frustrated José do Vale. José do Vale was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gav Smith showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 9-0 in the 44 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Liberto Merino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spartak de Txurdi's supporters rose to their feet, but Liberto Merino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José do Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 9-0 at half-time.

Gav Smith scored 10-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José do Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Juanito Arribas advanced and headed the ball into goal, 11-0 in the 56th minute. After some careless play in the SAO JOANENSE FC defense, Gav Smith kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José do Vale. The SAO JOANENSE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José do Vale should have stopped the shot. Jerônimo Velloso hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes SAO JOANENSE FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerônimo Velloso. Spartak de Txurdi made a substitution. Regis Jaen replaced Evelio Senin. After a rather tough play, SAO JOANENSE FC's Jerônimo Velloso got a free kick in the 67th minute. Liberto Merino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José do Vale having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Gav Smith made a precise shot to the right of José do Vale. SAO JOANENSE FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. After having played for 83 minutes, Gav Smith managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spartak de Txurdi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gav Smith was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gav Smith took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José do Vale. José do Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-0. In the 92nd minute Gav Smith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikolaj Grunwalski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After 95 played minutes SAO JOANENSE FC got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Mangueira. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Spartak de Txurdi had played much better football throughout.
