Bacardi FC's Arend Van Beneden proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Bacardi FC from getting a goal against them. After 38 played minutes Jataiense Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Figlewski. In the 43rd match minute, Bacardi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diederick Meulders to maneuver through the defense. The Bacardi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arend Van Beneden should have stopped the shot. Claudinho Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arend Van Beneden having to interfere. Bacardi FC's Arend Van Beneden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinho Queiroz in the 61st minute of play. When Claudinho Queiroz fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jataiense Futebol Clube's protests and gave Claudinho Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. Claudinho Queiroz hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After 67 minutes of play, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Claudinho Queiroz made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arend Van Beneden was left in no man's land by his defense there!
