The crowd rose to their feet as Atlético Montserrat's Maximo Emeterio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Norman Jagusch. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. In the 16th play minute Maximo Emeterio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Norman Jagusch. 2-0. Sascha Rothschild's late challenge caught a Atlético Montserrat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sascha Rothschild helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Hollywood booed when Atlético Montserrat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Shantala didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Maximo Emeterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Montserrat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximo Emeterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atlético Montserrat's Everardo Gipuzkoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristan Waidler in the 38th minute of play. Everardo Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Schröder in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Robin Platt notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Atlético Montserrat's Everardo Gipuzkoa. Everardo Gipuzkoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of FC Hollywood booed when Atlético Montserrat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Arlo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Everardo Gipuzkoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Schröder, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tristan Waidler was the one to do the kick off. Everardo Gipuzkoa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robin Platt went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. If Tristan Waidler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everardo Gipuzkoa made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Herbert Schröder sent off a good shot on target. Nicolas Berasko hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Herbert Schröder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Gipuzkoa having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, FC Hollywood's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Shantala came free, but Norman Jagusch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norman Jagusch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Emeterio in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Emeterio in the 88th minute of play forced FC Hollywood's goalkeeper Norman Jagusch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
