After 19 minutes, Freddy Dove made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. ITAFUT 4EVER's Ernesto Varela tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Mineiro in the 23rd minute of play forced New Joinville - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Gustavo Gustavson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Freddy Dove came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the New Joinville - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Dove couldn't finish the play. Ernesto Varela was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Freddy Dove capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Freddy Dove really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 35th match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinho Rossi to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When New Joinville - FSCMZ's Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Mineiro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, ITAFUT 4EVER's Fred Coutinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustavo Gustavson. Gustavo Gustavson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Gustavo Gustavson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Costa in the 62nd minute of play. After 65 played minutes New Joinville - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ronnie Xande. Ronnie Xande hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Orlando Mineiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Gustavson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Lucio Urtsua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ernesto Varela. ITAFUT 4EVER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucio Urtsua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Gustavo Gustavson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Mineiro in the 82nd minute of the match. After 84 minutes, Chiquinho de Amorim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the New Joinville - FSCMZ and the ITAFUT 4EVER players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chiquinho de Amorim hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Chiquinho de Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Nando Breckenfeld from long distance, 92 minutes into the match, got Gustavo Gustavson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Nando Breckenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot. ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Nando Breckenfeld was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Gustavson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Gustavo Gustavson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save New Joinville - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. New Joinville - FSCMZ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ITAFUT 4EVER for a fine match.
